Aside from the 24/7 aspect, some transcription services do not communicate well about one of the most important things - the cost! I believe that if you value your customers, they should be responded to by you, instantly. If not immediately, then rapidly. ASAP = As Soon As Possible. Numerous times, a transcription firm customer service representative will say, "I Will return to you ASAP!", and then leave the customer hanging for a day or two. That's a severe instance of ASAP fraud, ladies and gents.
